1. The promoter of this giveaway is HLTH Europe (referred to as "the Promoter").

2. The giveaway is open to those aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter and their close relatives, and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the giveaway.

3. The giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, LinkedIn. By entering this giveaway, participants agree to provide their information to the Promoter and not to LinkedIn.

4. To enter the giveaway, participants must follow HLTH Europe on LinkedIn. Only one entry per person is allowed. Participants must have a valid LinkedIn account.

5. The giveaway period begins on 20 JUNE 2023 and ends on 25 JUNE 2023. Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.

6. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received, incomplete, or delayed, regardless of the cause. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt by the Promoter.

7. One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period. The winner will be notified via email within 30 days of the giveaway closing date.

8. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and select a replacement winner.

9. The prize is one ticket to the specified event organised by HLTH Europe. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.

10. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

11. By entering this giveaway, participants agree to allow the Promoter to use their name, LinkedIn profile image, and any submitted content for promotional and marketing purposes related to the giveaway and the event.

12. The Promoter's decision in respect to all matters related to the giveaway will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
