Bold thinkers wanted

Welcome to our speaker application - we are delighted that you are interested in speaking at HLTH Europe 2025.

Drive transformative discussions at Europe's #1 healthcare innovation event

Healthcare today faces unprecedented challenges: rising chronic disease, an ageing population, and escalating costs. The need for innovative, actionable solutions has never been more pressing. Hence, HLTH Europe was created to spark critical conversations that lead to meaningful, measurable change.

Our speakers are visionary leaders who not only challenge the status quo but drive it forward. They bring bold ideas to life, take decisive action, and embrace opportunities for real impact. We ask them to share not just their successes but also their challenges—what worked, what didn’t, and the valuable lessons learned along the way. If this sounds like you, we invite you to apply to speak and bring your experience and vision to HLTH Europe 2025.

Our speaker applications are currently open to senior leaders from healthcare providers, payers and government. Applications for speakers outside of these organisations will open on 2 January 2025. Our speaker applications close on 31 January 2025 at 6pm CET. Your chances of being selected will decrease as the deadline approaches.

You can suggest a panel discussion or apply to present one of the following case studies:

  • Innovation Case Study: Showcase initiatives that have reshaped healthcare delivery, driving efficiency and/or better patient outcomes.

  • AI Case Study: Demonstrate real-world applications of AI solutions that are enhancing patient outcomes or improve clinical workflows.

  • Transformation Case Study: Share your transformation journey, highlighting how your organisation led large-scale change and sharing your lessons learnt.

  • Interoperability Case Study: Highlight examples that have enabled seamless data sharing across systems, improving coordination and patient care.

  • Startup Collaboration Case Study: Showcase how your partnership(s) with startups are delivering measurable impact.

  • Women’s Health Case Study: Present a case where women’s health issues were addressed through innovative solutions, leading to better access and outcomes.
