2. Submissions are shared with registered media two weeks before HLTH Europe and refreshed daily throughout the event.

3. Interested journalists will contact your designated representative directly to schedule interviews or on-site conversations during HLTH Europe.

• There is no fee associated with requesting an announcement.

• Companies and/or executives should coordinate interview details directly with reporters.

• The Media Village is a dedicated space for reporters to conduct interviews; use of the space is optional.

• HLTH Europe reserves the right to decline submissions that are not relevant or of interest to attending media.
