Johannes Roggendorf is the founder and CEO of MEDWING, a healthcare job and recruiting platform with the mission of becoming the starting point for all healthcare professionals when it comes to finding the right job. MEDWING operates in Germany and the United Kingdom, employing a total of 170 staff members. Previously, he founded an HR software company and worked as a consultant at the strategy consulting firm Bain & Company. Roggendorf studied Business Administration at the University of Münster and completed a Master's in Management at ESCP Europe in London, Madrid, and Paris.
