Before founding Meliodays Medical, Simone played a key role in scaling an automotive startup as CHRO, growing the team from 5 to over 400 employees and contributing to a successful IPO just six years after incorporation. She also gained valuable experience at larger corporations such as Audi and ERGO Group, where she expanded her business administration background through roles in Sales and Marketing.
