Valerie has been one of the most successful entrepreneurs in Germany for years and knows all the ups and downs of founders. As a mother of three children, author and speaker at various conferences and podcasts, she finds her personal balance above all in nature and adventure sports. A computer scientist by education, she has been a venture partner at the London-based early stage venture capital company “Exceptional Ventures” since 2022 and, from May of this year, she became a partner and head of DACH for the French venture capital fund “XAnge”.
